Initial recruiter screen lasted maybe 10 minutes. Recruiter was clearly uninterested in any real conversation and booked the Hiring Manager prior to finishing the call. Meeting with the Hiring Manager was eye opening as to the level of immaturity with which they conduct interviews. Strictly behavioral questions, nothing about background, nothing about approach - scripted questions. Hiring manager was more junior than I would have expected and didn't show strong command of Support. Incredible growth but clearly relying on resources that are out of their element to make hiring decisions at strategic roles.
