Interview
Applied directly and I got a call from the HR representative confirming my availability for the interview, 2 weeks after the application.
Initial interview was a face to face one with the line manager and the second interview was with the wider team.
The initial interview with the Actuary was very pleasant but I was not too impressed with the 2nd stage. The 2nd interview included talking to brokers which didn't seem to appreciate the actuarial world.
Wanted me to interview ASAP but took their time in providing feedback at both stages.
Ok, ask some behavior questions, such as why you want to join the company, why you would like to become an actuary, how to prioritize work and meet deadlines, etc . Also, they asked some technical questions related to the industry.

Interview
Online interviews are mainly behavioral problems. You need to understand the company and explain your school's activities and strengths . Didn't get invited to the next interview . Questions provide ample time for reflection.
