I went through four phone screens then a 2 hour on site panel interview. After all of that, I never heard another word. I didn't even get a form rejection letter. Very unprofessional.

Applied on the company website, then at one afternoon, a HR called and Phone interview followed by online logical reasoning test. After a week, followed up with them to check the result.
