Interview
first online pre-recorded interview, then durinig the assessmetn center day there's presentation, group work and interview. The interview is a mix of competency questions, questions about the actuarial path, case study and maths problem

Interview
Fairly straightforward and easy process. Asked the typical "Why do you want to work here" "What kills do you think you have" "How can you make a difference?" More competency basked questions as well.

Sign up on their website and easy form to fill in just need CV. Then testing like most graduate jobs. Got to video interview about motivations and key skills. Waiting to hear back about result but overall process been quite quick.
