Why Aon and why this position
Describe a time when you had to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
Describe a situation in which you had to adapt your style, approach, or ideas to meet the needs of others. What was the situation? What did you do in the situation, and what was the outcome?
Did psychometrical tests, which were about cultural fit and logical skills, where there were cases you were supposed to consider how you'd respond. Then it was a digital one-way interview, where you recorded yourself answering three questions.
