Interview
There were Psychometric Tests, then a Hire-view, then an In-person Assessment Centre. The Assessment centre was comprised of a presentation, then a group activity, then a Individual Test and finally a office tour.

Why did you choose this pathway over the Investment Manager Pathway?
The Aon interview was structured yet friendly, involving a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The interviewer emphasized cultural fit and problem-solving. I appreciated the focus on teamwork and communication. Overall, it felt like a conversation more than an interrogation.

They asked about my understanding of risk management, a time I resolved a team conflict, and how I stay updated on market trends. I also had to complete a case study involving client needs analysis and present my recommended insurance solution.
