Video Interview was straight forward and clear. The questions asked allowed to me to showcase my personal experience. They allowed me a few minutes to prepare my answer and allowed me to retake my answer as well.
Followed usual online interview format/ typical online interview - hirevue common questions such as giving examples of times you've demonstrated certain skills. They give you time to prepare before giving answer
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aon (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
Three rounds of interview. First round is a game simulator. Second round is a group case. Last round is a group panel interview. The first round is pretty challenging with test of logic, math and memory. Second round is more on how you collaborate with others and the panel interview is really to highlight your strengths and understanding of the company.

Multiple stages that test every single aspect of your very being. Be prepared for it is the greatest challenge you have ever faced. That being said, do not loose hope chosen one, charge at your enemies with competence
