The HR interview process was not too good but fine. However, the interviews with the CTO/CEO were extremely disappointing. The management team displayed a surprising lack of experience and came across as quite arrogant. Their approach to leadership and decision-making seemed unstructured, and they struggled to provide clear answers regarding the company’s vision, technical direction, and long-term goals. While they have gained momentum with some high-MRR SaaS products, I highly doubt they will be able to sustain this success with the current leadership in place.
