The first analytical interview was strange - the interviewers were younger than myself, and they ran the analytical portion (which to my understanding is not the way its supposed to go - you're supposed to steer the analytical process so they can understand the way you think). I'm not really sure they know what they are doing; these types of interviews have no right answer and it seemed as if they were looking for something specific. The second interview was with an individual who took notes on a computer and barely made eye contact with me. She seemed anything but thrilled to be there. Overall, the company seemed laid back and the office was wonderful, but the interview process made me wonder about how the company is ran on the inside, past all the flashy facades...
