Interview
Very structured, it was two people who interviewed me. The interview was an hour long and got the usual style questions. However, there was a surprise blind test on troubleshooting a random problem on a laptop. I managed to solve the issue using some supplied tools. I understand the reason for the test, but this could have easily caught people out.
