Appalachia Service Project interview questions

The initial interviews are very objective and not always personable. Depending on which hiring manager is there, they may take a different approach about how emotive they are in the process. 20-30 minute interview with about 8 questions talking about strengths, weaknesses, and scenarios.

Attended a Staff Applicant Weekend (SAW) during which there was an interview with a panel of program managers. During the weekend we learned more about the company and were evaluated based on different role-play situations they put us in. The interview was about 30 min with 8 or 9 questions, mostly behavioral type questions.
