Interview
The interview process was straightforward and conducted as a group Webex call. Everyone was asked the same set of questions, most of which were behavioral and focused on previous customer service or teamwork experiences. The interviewers created scenarios where we had to demonstrate problem-solving, communication, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What does excellent customer service mean to you?
Decribe a time when you had to deal with a challenging customer, and how you resolved it?
Group interview with 4 other people talking about their experience and answering questions in order throughout the group interview. It took around an hour. I did not pass the first stage.
Thorough interview process. I had 2 group interviews and a one on one interview. It was a good way to weed out the ones not suited for the role. After the interview process their training was very well presented and educated.

Interview
Two interviews for a seasonal sales associate - one was a group interview in person, and the second was a zoom interview. Both interviews were all situational questions - "tell me about a time where....etc.".
