- 1st: Onsite group assessment consisting of situational questions and role-play, 2hr
- 2nd: Next day, 1 hr
- 3rd: Next week virtually (timing TBC)

Tell me about a time that leveraged insights and observations to contribute to a plan or change.
Role play in pairs: Mine was a cooking YouTuber, my partner was a person who wants to listen to music better while doing fitness.
Act as a customer and a specialist, 3 min each.

Basic STAR format questions that some people may not answer the best. Overall wasn’t happy with the interview process interviewer seemed disinterested not what I expected. But the role seemed perfect for my skills and experiences.

Had a group interview and asked about behavioural questions and made us do role play with other people in the group interview to find out how well we think on our feet and how well we can answer the questions and how does behaviour matter?
