I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Melbourne) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online, questionnaire, phone interview, video interview, took about two weeks between interviews. Mostly past experience, scenario and knowledge questions. Most questions are trying to gauge your ability to handle conflict and issues without physically being there. Also trying to find out whether your personality suits an at home position.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Apple (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Interview
Interview was comprehensive and process straight-forward. There were a series of calls and video calls where they got to know how savvy I was with technology. I think the most important thing is how adaptable a person can be to learning new tech.
