Interview
The video interview lasted about 20 minutes. He asked pretty basic questions about my work experience. A few of the questions I remember him asking were:
- What does excellent customer service mean to you?
- What are some reasons that would cause a computer to be running slowly?
- What does RAM stand for?
Towards the end of the interview we did a bit of roleplay where he played the customer and I was the live chat agent. He had me managing two chats at once which wasn't too difficult. He didn't seem as interested in my technical support knowledge as much as he was in how I would interact with customers.

Question 1
The chat roleplay was not something I was expecting (and I should have). I got a little flustered at first but then my instincts kind of kicked in and I just responded like I would to a customer. He stopped me after I did the introduction and began to ask probing questions to say he was sending me an email to schedule another interview. If you get the same thing just be sure to greet the customer politely and provide empathy/ownership of the problem first and then start working on the problem.
Phone call, followed by a technical interview, followed by a video generated interview. Interesting process, takes a few weeks to hear back but working with apple is work it, great standard there
I first spoke on the phone with a recruiter then scheduled an interview virtually. We role played a series of potential scenarios and they asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward and flowed really smoothly.
Interview questions about culture or apple after that.they check my confidence and trust because it is most important in all company. trust makes us friendly with company and just because of it we all did it very smoothly and enjoy the work
