Really easy process. I had an interview and job offer within a month of applying for the position. Really friendly recruiter. I had a phone call and then a video interview.

Q: Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Moderate, not too much to worry, just answer the questions properly and maintain proper discipline. It is just how you analyze and answer the questions asked and respond to it.
I had a first round of phone interview (chat) with a recruiter from Apple before an official video interview session with the hiring manager from Philippines. Both sessions went smoothly - recruiter and hiring manager were friendly and respectful.

Good not robotic and satire and very informative and entertaining with slots of insight in the company overall skill how the come about and how they have grown over the years
