recruiter approached me through linkedin. First phone interviewed with recruiter, then another with hiring mgr, which led to #1 onsite interview with 6 people , 30 mins each. then #2 onsite interview a week later with 2 more people 30 mins each.

Several rounds with HR recruiter who explained the background of the team and organization. There was a short session with a manager related to the hiring group. However, this phone interview was awkward and wasn't too detailed or challenging.
