Had 3-4 different interviews after I applied. They were all group interviews. The third one is with a Senior Manager, and the last one is with the Store Leader. The interviews themselves weren't too bad at all.

The interview went well they asked many behavioural questions, suits their company value. However the hiring process took forever, and you oneed to do 3 rounds of interviews, I actually got interview invitation around september in 2024 and passed 3rd round got my offer in July 2025

Everyone was nice and it was a smooth interview. All the questions were very behavioral and scenario based. As long as you show impact in your answers then you’re good.
