There are at least 4 interviews: (1) HR assessment, (2) Technical interview with local team/manager, (3) Technical interview with onshore managers, and (4) Hiring manager interview. A SQL online assessment is also given before the first technical interview. Be prepared for a live coding and a panel interview. Panel interview can be nerve-racking, so make sure to prepare beforehand.
Honestly, I feel like the management does not suit me. Some interviewers feel like they don't even want to be there and seem to underestimate you. It didn't help ease any of the anxiety during the interview. If this is how they already treat possible colleagues, then that's just worrisome. Even if I did get an offer, I would probably decline it. Of course, this is just my personal experience and there might be better managers in this company.
