Aries Clean Technologies interview questions

I interviewed with the HR manager and Hiring Manager. The interviews went well and they were very focused on company fit and employee growth. I was however strung along pretty thoroughly. They told me to expect an interview with senior leadership and then ignored my emails (3+). They finally replied with a surprised response that I had not been contacted about further interviews, but proceeded to ignore more emails (3) for several weeks before finally declining my candidacy.
