There were 2 interview stages. The first interview was a phone interview and the second interview was onset. Went quickly through my CV and they got to know me. Answered some technical questions and had a chance at the end to ask questions about their company.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm in Mar 2020
Interview
Video Recorded Interview with HireVue. 8 questions mostly about technical skills, 5 multiple choice answers, 1 coding test. Very technical interview, only for graduates with the best knowledge. Be very well prepared about everything, like you have already worked.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview was average. I have some basic questions about Embedded C programming, bitwise operations, interrupts, cache memory and so on...
The overall interview process was good, friendly and I encourage people to apply to ARM in the future.
