Interview
Right after application, I received a confirmation email explaining the recruitment process.
Within two weeks after the application, I received a call from ARM asking to participate in a video interview on HireVue where you have 1 minute for the preparation and one attempt to answer pre-recorded questions one by one.
Since finishing the interview, haven't heard anything back.
By checking application status on ARM's website, the status changed from "In recruitment process" to "Not successful" after 6weeks.
I am highly dissatisfied by the way the recruitment team work as after finishing the HireVue interview, there was a message that ARM will contact me within 7 working days. That is the main reason why my experience was negative. Despite that, I still think it's a great company.
