ArmorCode Director, Customer Success interview questions

No real process, informal call with hiring manager, 3rd party consultant then CEO. Hiring manager rescheduled four times. This happened over several weeks with no/limited communication. After CEO call no formal response. Despite message to recruiter no response. Seems like an immature company with a lack of processes.
