Interview
The interview process was much more rigorous than any other company with which I have interviewed. This appealed to me as it was both effective and honest. I felt that WELL invested a lot of time making sure that I was the right person for the job and that WELL was the right fit for me.
Three step process -
1) Interviewing with Integration Manager
2) Technical Interview (multiple programming/sql related questions)
