The process was very smooth and structured. I managed to meet the recruiter who was very kind and clear in terms of the expectations of the role then I met the reporting manager for the role who asked me a few behavioural questions for the role and helped ensure we had an engaging session so definitely a positive experience despite the negative outcome in the end.
