First there was a phone interview which went really well. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about the hospital and the on-boarding process. She was there to answer all my questions. After the phone interview, I was invited to meet the Nurse Manager of the unit in person. The interview was panel style, which I was not informed about prior to the interview, however, the panel was very welcoming. The overall interview went well. I was hired on the spot.
