I applied online on a Saturday and received an email invitation for a phone interview on Tuesday. Phone was scheduled for the following week. The phone interview consist of basic interview questions. What interest me about the posting, my major strength, etc.
Applied and called by hiring staff. Reviewed application process and waited for approval to move forward with the application. Spoke with human resource coordinator to discuss times and dates availability

Interview
Very laid back interview process. Due to Covid there were a few restrictions in place. Interview was conducted one on one, in a conference room. Interviewer was very knowledgeable about the position, as well as the company as a whole.
