A recruiter contacted me after viewing my applications online for RN positions. He connected me with a phone interview with a unit manager. The interview lasted one hour and included both personal and technical questions.

Question 1
If you could change anything about your past what would it be?
Describe yourself in 3 words.
A challenging scenario question where I was asked about prioritizing patient care, then which follow-up labs I would expect to see, then how I would translate them.
There was first a phone interview and then a virtual interview followed by an in person interview. In line with typical interview process from other companies that I have interviewed with.
Initial phone interview came 1 day after application. Regular interview was also quick and easy. Seems like a swift pace they do it at. Not sure how that changes between depatments or not.
Easy, quick normal questions. They were nice and made me feel comfortable. It was professional and short. To the point. Very basic interview. Not bad though, strengths and weaknesses, goals, etc.
