I applied online and did a self paced interview the same day. Weeks later I got an email for a second interview that would take place a month later. I did the second interview which went really well and was told I’d hear back within 24-48 hours. I never heard anything even after sending a follow up email. That is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and seeing that this is common for them I know I dodged a bullet, and I will not be wasting my time with them again.

The interview process is pretty good so far they’re using ihire which is more comfortable to work with as the person doing the interview. It’s give a huge sense of comfort and relief
The interview process was long, drawn out and unnecessary. There was about 4 different sections to complete which consisted of personality tests, mathematical puzzles and honestly a bunch of mind games. Extremely ridiculous.

Question 1
I was asked for my social security number which is inappropriate especially if i never got an update about my application. If a data leak was to happen, now my personal information is at risk.
