I was approach by one of the internal recruiters. The process was very quick and to the point. It seemed a bit too quick as they want to fill in the positions extremely quick. Didn't have time to ponder on the offer or even counter. This is what they offering take it or leave it. What happened to old way of negotiation

Poor experience working with the Talent Acquisition team. I had to reach out to my contact several times due to her nonresponse. For example, she'd confirm a time for an interview, but never send an invite or contact info like she said she would. Was often "out of the office"- never had an out of office message on... It took over two months from the time I applied to my final interview. The interviews themselves were fine. I was also asked to take a skills assessment. The job I applied for was a stretch from my previous jobs,

Question 1
How would you explain compliance testing results. What kind of recommendations might you make to a plan sponsor. What are your weaknesses... standard/boiler plate. Both conversations flowed very easily.
Skills assessment focused on very specific questions about compliance testing. Based on the job title I thought the role would be more based on building client relationships versus performing testing and processing participant requests.
