Very enjoyable interview process which consisted of 3 interviews in total. Not very technical.The first interview consisted of scenario questions and the remaining 2 where informal and used as an opportunity to get to know you.
The interview process involved a 2 stage interview process with one being online and the last being in person at their offices in London. The in-person interview focused more on the job role.

Straightforward and pleasant.
Spoke about past experiences, interest in working in the insurance industry and my interest in the role/company. The interviewer seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as well.
