Interview
It was an hour long skype interview, with two interviewers from the team. In preparation for the interview a writing and research sample was requested. Questions were asked about the writing sample and then the interviewers took turns asking questions about my experience and motivations. The interviewers were very friendly.

Interview
Questions were fair and reasonable - interview was what one would expect for a position open to early college students. Definitely worth preparing but not an overly stressful experience. I was overall happy with the interview experience.
