Applied and got contacted with a test (which was poorly formatted and lacked proper information but I did took it as a challenge and did my best). Finished the test on time with decent effort and I even emailed them back to give them a notification that I have submitted my test. Well, never heard back from the HR, whether they have received my submission or they declined my application. Seriously some dorgy recruitment + unprofessionalism screaming LOUD
