Three stage Interview.
First was a general biographical review of my CV and a description of the role.
Second stage involved a presentation of about 30 minutes. A scenario was provided and I had to present on how I would approach it. However, during the interview, the agenda changed and they spent much more time asking more biographical questions and there was barely enough time to do the presentation.
Third stage was a one to one conversation with a Senior Director. This stage was more informal.
After that, it took them a month to get back to me only to tell me that I was over-experienced for the Senior Manager role and should apply for an Associate Director role. When I did this, apparently I didn't have enough experience for this level.
