The interview process was pretty smooth. I was told about the complete process at the very start and asked if I was comfortable going through three different interview rounds of 60 min each.
It was one of the most honest and heartfelt conversations I've had with any HR manager. She asked me about my goals and ambitions instead of simply focusing on skills and what I bring to the table!
All companies hire based on skills but only a few care about your goals and ambitions and aligning the position based on that: Asteroidx is definitely one of them.

Interview
The process consisted of a pre-screening call and then followed by three 60 min video interviews, two with the HR representative (who was awesome) and the third with a another AsteroidX team member who was also awesome. I was informed of this process during the screening call. Each 60 min interview included numerous questions that required the STAR method when answering them.
Situation: Describe the situation and when it took place.
Task: Explain the task and what was the goal.
Action: Provide details about the action you took to attain this.
Result: Conclude with the result of your action.

Questions were all about how I handled previous situations and were geared at identifying my character and personality as well as my ability to rise to the occasion and solve problems.
