Interview
Applied early Aug on Indeed, received a call on the day and time I chose. Did my phone interview, was then sent a online assessment which is about technology and some what personality, got to move on to in person interview, interview lasted about 25-30 minutes. Some questions make you really think because they want to make sure your have both technical and customer service experience. Adv me that I did great and will get a call within 24 but I got the offer call within 48 hrs. Class starts in couple of weeks.

I applied on line, and within a few days received an email to schedule a phone screen. After the phone interview, I completed an online assessment. The next day I was contacted to schedule an onsite interview, and started working 2 weeks later after a background check and drug screen.

Interview
It started with an initial phone interview which was very quick and once approved you get scheduled for an in person interview with a supervisor. This interview was about 20-30 minutes long, but it was simple enough.
