Terrible interview process. The company cared more about culture or who they would like to have a beer with rather than performance. The training department did not know basic learning and development processes and theories. Rude interactions. I have over 15 years of direct experience while those on the panel were new to their position. Most had less than 3 months of training experience. I Interviewed with over 25 people. phone, 1:1, panel, face to face with 10 people in one day along with another panel of 15 all in the same day. Over 17 hours of interviewing. Complete waste of time. Don't waste your time if you are passionate about L&D.
