Applied online, first they asked me to complete an automated phone screening with 4 questions. These were actually the most difficult questions of the whole process and were not very difficult at all. It was just a question about what difficulties I might face with remote work, a couple questions about sales and working with customers, and the last was a very basic question about how to update a smartphone. After that I got a call to schedule a video interview which was pretty relaxed, and most if not all of the questions asked were more or less the same ones in the application and phone screen: can you work remotely with good Internet and no distractions, what shifts can you work, do you expect to need days off, how do you deal with sales rejections, rate your technical aptitude from 1-10.
I haven't heard back yet, and it has been 40 hours since the interview, which is a little surprising since they've been very prompt up to this point (they moved me to the next step within one business day for every other part of the process). But the interviewer said I should get an email or a call soon about next steps, and she didn't say "if you are selected", so I am pretty sure I'm getting the job. I'm guessing they are just processing a large group of applicants for the next step and will move everyone along soon, but I can't say for sure.
All in all it has been a very quick, straightforward, and easy process.
