Interviewer did not contact for scheduled phone interview. Emailed recruiter and received notification via email day after saying they have decided to not interview me with no legitimate reason. Found this to be unprofessional as interview was scheduled 3 business days in advance.

No questions were asked. Was excited for opportunity to interview, not given time of day.
Phone screening- the recruiter was 15 minutes late to the call to begin with and then informs we right away that the position was already filled.
Waste of my time could have just sent an email rather than drag it out.

Str8 to the point. Very honest. Explained the job and its duties as well as my responsibilities. Also explained traffic for store as well as co workers and their job duties.
