There were few rounds of interviews and a writing assignment which is not bad and pretty standard. The last round was an on-site with multiple employees so it took a few hours but otherwise pretty simple and straightforward.
There were three rounds of interviews. One with co-workers and seniors that basically do a vibe check. Then, I met with the directors and managers. Then, with the person who would become my boss.
