I have some sympathy for busy recruiters, but overall they came off as chaotic and disorganized; they weren't actually listening to my responses, and there were lots of other red flags which I won't mention because I don't want to be identified in any way.

Horrible - they interviewed me till the final round then ghosted me. When I reached back to HR for other roles as they had mentioned they will give me feedback and consider me for other roles they disregarded all my emails.
