Short and to the point. The key components is to interact well to make sure that the hiring manager knows you have people skills. The clinic asked if I was interested in physical therapy as a career path

Describe a difficult situation and how you navigated through it
Simple, quick, phone screen followed by in person interview. Phone screen asked about education and experience and in person interview asked about situational questions. Entering more words for 30 word limit

Interview
Interview lasted for 30 minutes. They asked straight forward questions and seemed pretty chill to talk to. Highly recommend to research about the common questions they ask during an interview.
