It was great. They asked questions and they were very nice. I have done an internal transfer within the same company, which made the whole process easier. The interview were asking valid questions and I had also asked them several questions pertaining to the job.

Interview
First interview was with HR. They made copies of my documents, asked a few interview questions and then I completed a background check form.
Then we discussed potential units I could interview on. They try to place you on a unit that will fit the experience you have.
A week later I interviewed on a unit with the manager. The interview was conversational with a few interview questions thrown in. It was the most enjoyable interview I've had.
initally had to take a personality test, then met with HR followed by nurse manager on the floor, very responsive and were very honest about the culture on the floor
HR called and scheduled an interview. It was very organized and professional. Received an offer through email and everything went smoothly. It was overall a good experience with the interview process.
