Interview
I received a phone call. The Maintenance Director scheduled a detailed interview. Toured the entire facility, including the kitchen, appartments, HVAC system, the IL and AL facilities. Met with this HR Director and reviewed all company policies. Set forth by the handbooks. Also, insurance coverages and benefits were discussed. I was then interviewed by the Executive Director.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atria Senior Living
Interview
They barly interviewed me, just empty promises. They saw me looked at my resume said I would do, checked my references asked my size for clothing and hired me after my criminal check cleared.
