One interview with Owner and Office Manager. Owner was lovely, office manager barely talked and glared at me most of time (hindsight is a wonderful thing!). Got offered job at end of interview (another red flag I ignored). I lasted 6 months and left due to mental health through treatment from Manager. I found out from longterm colleagues that my post was a revolving door for years.
