Started with a phone screen and a couple of questions about availability. The whole time they were highly communicative and easy going. Overall it was a very fair and clear process.

Interview
Phone interview, followed by face to face interview, phone call (fake-donor) test and presentation. Then final face to face interview with head of dept. There was also a separate part with a video link interview with another senior staff member.
