The company has a "no feedback policy" so don't expect to get any hints on why they don't select you. Had to wait a month for a negative response after making myself available for all the steps as soon as I could on my end.
On all steps you meet people reading questions from their screens, everything is very impersonal and nobody seems at ease with the exercise. It seems to lack seniority overall.
You don't meet people, you meet a very basic and impersonal interview process.
Again, almost one month to give a selection result is very disrespecful, especially if you're not even willing to give feedback. You got to fix your recruitment process, in 11 years I never had to wait more than a week for a job offer. Pick less candidates or get more experienced interviewers.
