At that time no HR department. The Functional Department director called my school for an experience candidate with extensive data programming skills (>5 Years in MS technologies). Resume forwarded through school, direct interview at their office in Downtown Toronto for around 40 minutes. Got call within 2 days with the offer and asked to join from next day.

We have some pretty bid data that needs to be organized in a structured manner through SQL Server. We also have the requirement for automation of the data programming / analysis processes, preferably using MS SSIS. Do you think we should be proceeding with automation to get results faster or is there a better way?
