Autodesk Compensation and Benefits Program Manager interview questions

Contacted by Company recruiter after posting CV on job board. Initial interview with recruiter resulted in several telephone interviews being set up with US based team several weeks later. Mostly traditional interview questions with some behavioral type questions. Two weeks after conclusion of set of telephone interviews, I was contacted with outcome - invited for face to face interviews in the UK. During the face to face meeting, Manager indicated that I could expect an interview. I received offer two weeks later. Great company wtih interesting products. The work culture and team seem friendly and dynamic.
