Screened by recruiter then straight to supervisor and supervisor's manager - focused interviews.
It was very relevant and authentic. Good questions, not "trick" questions - (what is your weakness).
Team was very transparent about what they were looking for and what were the short-term and long-term activities for this position. Great people, good process.
